We were looking for a home with a view in central Temecula, and Utopia Management Inc showed us several beautiful homes. When we were ready to offer on a home that was exactly what we wanted, we were in a situation in which we had to bid against other parties. They guided us through the process, helped us to make our offer as desirable as possible, and we were successful in getting the home. Throughout the closing process, Andrew and his team went well beyond my expectations and provided excellent hands-on help and guidance on inspections, repairs, and price reduction negotiations (based on the inspection results). Initial meeting was very friendly and helpful. Team member at Utopia Management Inc. suggested a very competitive rental price and promised to find professional tenants within the agreed time scale.The viewings were done professionally and efficiently. The Utopia Management Inc. lived up to their promises- they found us young professional tenants quickly at the full asking price. After finding the tenants they were polite and helpful. We recently moved to our new home managed by Sara Miller under Utopia Management. We viewed the house on a Thursday noon and immediately fell in love with it and got the keys the next day. It was amazing how fast Sara Miller worked on our application. She even took her own personal time to deliver the key to us on Friday night. Utopia took over property management while I was already a current rental so I can’t speak to their starting renting experience. But I am more than satisfied with their property management service! They do everything online - which scared me at first cuz I thought it would impact the personal experience but it doesn’t! Utopia Management Inc have been a pleasure to work with throughout the application process into the transition of moving into our new home.
